Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Sensidyne, LP

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Liberty, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sensidyne, LP, under the authority 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. Sensidyne, LP is the only authorized service center of the items requested for United States service on GilAir Plus Pumps. This is a notice of intent to issue an award to Sensidyne, LP to provide the following services: service/maintenance, calibration, update software and battery replacement for ten (10) GilAir Plus air sampling pumps.
