The US Army Special Operation Command (USASOC) has a requirement for the purchase of 31 each Vehicle Recovery Anchor 11000 CAP; 31 each Vehicle Recovery anchor 14000 CAP; and 31 each Ground Vehicle Recovery Kit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
