Notice to Sole Source Defense Enclave Services (DES) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ)

This is a notice of proposed contract action that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Fort Meade, Maryland will issue a sole source modification to contract HC1047-22-D-0002 for Defense Enclave Services (DES). This modification will add a cost type CLIN to support ODCs and add logistics specific labor categories to the to the scope of the DES single-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-(1) / DFARS 206.302-1 The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably capable due to the proprietary nature of the requested services and no other sources would be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Justification and Approval (J&A). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
