18 -- SMC Industry Days – “SMC – Facilitating Warfighter Transformation Through Space Systems”

The Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and the Los Angeles chapters of AFA, AFCEA, NDIA and SCAPR are sponsoring SMC Industry Days – “SMC – Facilitating Warfighter Transformation Through Space Systems.” This conference will be held April 22-24, 2003 at the Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB), Los Alamitos, California. Air Force and DOD speakers from the Air Force and NRO will brief space program status and acquisition opportunities.The conference will be held at the SECRET/NOFORN security level. The conference begins with a welcoming reception and early registration at the Long Beach Marriott hotel followed by a day and a half of briefings at the JFTB with dinner on 23 April at the Long Beach Marriott. The event will close with an optional afternoon of golf at the Los Alamitos Navy Golf Course.
