Notice of Intent to award to Visx Incorporated, 3400 Central Expressway, Santa Clara, Ca. the following item: 320 each Visx Star 3 Key Cards for bilateral treatment, consists of 1 ea.Visx Part number 0030-3057-07 and 2 ea. Visx Part number 1000-0100 to be used with the Visx Star 3 laser to perform photo-refractive surgery. Note 22 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to closing date 11 Oct 02. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Visx.
