Kadena Air Force Base located on Okinawa, Japan, intents to enter into a sole source procurement with ACF Technologies, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This Sole Source procurement will be for a Q-Flow System and all associated software needed to support the system at 18 MDG on Kadena Air Force Base. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the following: Q-Flow system is a patient queuing system that automatically queues patients into ancillary clinics. The system shall store data locally to protect patient information and comply with the HIPAA/Privacy Acts. It also includes pharmacy specific software produced by this company (RxMap) and also provide patient tracking within the healthcare process during a visit and digital signage functionality to inform the patient population of health care related information and medical group information. Both the queuing system and the pharmacy specific software can reside on DOD networks. (See attached sole source justification and Bill of Material for further details.)
