The responses may be different from what was provided during the conference; however, communicate the intent of the response. Additional technical documents including the Optical Processing at Lincoln (OPAL) Software Documents (Algorithm Description Document (ADD), Interface Control Document (ICD), Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) ICD, User's Guide), and ORS-5 Critical Design Review (CDR) documents are International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) controlled and will only be provided directly to authorized contractors.
