The United States Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) has a requirement for the Congressional Quarterly Online subscription. This is an online data source for congressional activities used by this command to obtain information on congressional activities that pertain to AFDW. The period of service is one year. This is an unrestricted requirement. A sole-source, firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. It is intended that this requirement will be awarded to CQ Roll-Call Group, 50 F Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001-1523. The proposed contract action is for services which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519110 with a size standard of less than $7 million in revenue during each of the three preceeding years. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
