Z -- Project No. LXEZ 97-1331R ECIP - Lighting Retrofit, Bldg 2415, 113, 621 & 925, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan

The work shall consist of, but not limited to providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and performing all work necessary for replacement of existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with new energy efficient lighting fixtures with T8 lamps and electronic ballast, replacement of existing incandescent lighting fixtures with compact fluorescent fixtures, relamping of existing incandescent lighting fixtures with compact fluorescent lamps, provision of occupancy sensors, and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. NOTE (1): THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT. NOTE (2): FUNDS ARE PRESENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE US GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. -
