This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract to Westnet, Inc., 16581 Burke Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. Westnet, Inc. will provide a technical support agreement for the repair and maintenance of the First-In Fire Alerting Reporting System used on Buckley AFB for a period of a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(1)(i) - Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. For this requirement, Westnet, Inc., is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
