This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in acordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to BIOMERIEUX, INC. to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide one each Preventive Maintenance with On-Demand Service Visits and Support Calls Around the Clock for the Biomerieux Vitek 2 Compact 15 W/PC Computer (FSA). Service includes One Basic Year and Four Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212. The size standard for this NAICS Code is $25.0. This item will be provided to F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
