The proposed contract listed is set-aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 515210, and a standard size of $15,000,000 per year. Description of Requirement: DIRECT SATELLITE SYSTEM (DSS) SUBSCRIPTION FOR 15 MISSILE ALERT WITH FOUR (4) RECEIVERS EACH. THE SATELLITE PACKAGES WILL BE "CHOICE EXTRA", "TOP 200", "PRIME 24" AND "ENCORE" CHANNELS OR EQUAL FROM 1 OCT 2008 TO 30 SEP 2009. ALSO PROVIDE DSS SUBSCRIPTION TO BUILDINGS 1292 (7 RECEIVERS) AND BUILDING 1294 (1 RECEIVER) WITH "CHOICE EXTRA" AND "TOP 200" CHANNELS OR EQUAL FROM 1 OCT 2008 TO 30 SEP 2009. VENDOR TO PROVIDE ALL PARTS, LABOR, TOOLS, MAINTAINANCE, SERVICE CALLS AND TRANSPORTATION TO PROVIDE SATELLITE TV (DSS) TO THE MAFS. The Government will make a best value award decision in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (June 2006), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
