UNCLASSIFIEDNOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD (October 2, 2007) On behalf of the 377th Contracting Squadron, 377 CONS/LGCA Contracting Officer, in accordance with FAR Part 6.3, intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Analytical Graphics,Inc., 220 Valley Creek Blvd, Exton, PA 19341. This requirement is for STK Software that includes the following: STK Terrain, Imagery & Maps Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades; STK Professional Edition Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades; STK Integration Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades; STK Missile Modeling Tool Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades. The announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2).
