This agency intends to award a purchase order to Numara Software, 2202 North West Shore Blvd. Suite 650, Tampa, FL 33607. 6 MDG requires Track-It maintenance and support renewal. SKU-RENEWTIPS-L50. Base year and 4 option years. A contract for Track-It priority maintenance will be awarded to Numara Software following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of Track-It priority maintenance must be done through Numara Software because they are the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Track-It is a proprietary program. This program is developed, sold, supported and trained by Numara Software. There is no other vendor or company authorized to develop, customize, support, sell or train the Track-It. No other company would be able to provide a maintenance/ technical support agreement for this software. Market research was conducted for the purchase of Track-It maintenance and support renewal and Numara Software is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, the award for this Track-it maintenance and support renewal will be made to Numara Software.
