The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source award with Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions, woodland, TX for one (1) ea PowerScribe system consisting of: a) one (1) ea OPWIRSR_236, high performance Sata workstation; b) one (1) ea. OPSRWSD-M47, powerscribe WS V4.7SP1-B Radiology web Server Software; c) one (1) ea OPSWREC, PS workstation recognition server software license; d) one (1) ea OPSWPXL PowerExpress Software License; e) One (1) ea OPSWAPI PS Workstation API Server License; Thirty-five (35) OPWCPL1, Concurrent Physician Licenses; and seventy-five (75) ea. OPWCSEP, licenses concurrent self edit package. The anticipated award date is 20 Jul, 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement was based on the fact that the government currently owns powerscribe equipment and no other software or hardware will function on such platform.
