The Government intends to award a Sole Source acquisition to Mammography Reporting System (MRS) for Visual Fox Pro Edition software version 6.X in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. MRS software is proprietary program. This program is developed, sold, supported and trained by MRS. The purpose of this acquisition is to continue confident and confidential tracking of patient information and results of examinations for the 9th Medical Group. It also ensures 100% mission accomplishment while ensuring the life, safety, and health of its users. The performance and accuracy of said software is critical and must perform in accordance with the original manufactures previous version. Market research has identified MRS as the original manufacturer and only certified provider to offer said software to meet original manufactures perform preventative maintenance and service to original condition to meet original specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7372. The small business size standard is $23M.
