78 -- Intent to Award Sole Source

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the 10th Mission Support Group, Directorate of Contracting, United States Air Force Academy Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to XOS Technologies, Orlando FL. The requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001: 4 each Director Hoop Sportstation Software addition to already in use and in place XOS Coaching Solutions Software package. CLIN 0002: 1 each MS40 2.3 Terrabyte add on kit for use with already in-place and in-use XOS Coaschign Solutions System. CLIN 0003: Installation and training for aforementioned items. Because these items are in support of the existing XOS Technologies Coaching Solutions System at the USAF Academy Athletics Department, XOS Technologies is the only source that can satisfy the Government's requirement. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $23 million. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered by 10MSG/LGCB. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any vendor that feels they have the products / services that meet the needs of the Government for this requirement must submit technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim NLT 1600 hrs on 29 September 2006. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
