This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make Sole Source award, in accordance with FAR 12 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1a(2)(iii), to Innovation Associates Inc., 627 Field Street, Johnson City NY 13790-1057. Innovation Associates Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. This requirement is for the warranty on the PharmAssist hardware and software currently installed and utilized by the Air Reserve Personnel Center. The PharmAssist is used by the 460 MDG Pharmacy for prescription entry and image scanning, prescription dispensing, prescription checking and dispenser replenish. This service will be provided to 460 MDG/SGSL, 265 S. Aspen St. Stop 89, Buckley AFB, CO 80011-9547. Performance will begin 1 Oct 06. This procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 443120 and Size Standard of $8M.
