Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Silver Wolf Enterprises for the purchase of a Concession Stand for F.E. Warren AFB. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(b)(4), the Government will negotiate directly and solely with Silver Wolf Enterprises as a participant under the US Governments 8(a) program. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 445299 with a size standard of $6.0 Million.
