70 -- Recertification and Monthly Maintenance of Data Management Archive System

This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source award with Autometric, Inc. DBA: Boeing - S&IS Mission Systems for recertification and maintenance of a Data Manager Archive System. Autometric is classified as a Large Business. MacDill AFB Contracting intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Autometric Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) the existence of limited rights in data, patent rights, copyrights, or secret processes; the control of basic raw material; or similar circumstances, make the supplies and services available from only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Work shall be performed at US SOCOM Ft Bragg NC.
