This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Language Weaver, OR, for Arabic English translation software. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Language Weaver under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to time requirement in response to service. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USSOCOM (PEO-IIS-C4IA), MITRE 4830 W. Kennedy Blvd, Ste 790, Tampa, FL, 33609.
