Rental of Western Style Portable Latrines & Sewage Removal Services in support of OS12, Aibano Training Area, Shiga, Japan

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for the Rental of Western Style Portable Latrines & Sewage Removal Services in support of OS 12. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Drawings (Appendix 2 and 3 of PWS) are not included in the uploaded PWS. Offeror shall contact primary POC by e-mail to receive them. Note 3: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
