Z -- Maintain HVAC and Renovate Admin Areas in Building 1152

Be advised that the stated projects, Maintain HVAC System Building 1152 and Renovate Administration Area Building 1152 are located in a secure area on F. E. Warren AFB and require advance coordination for access. To provide access for the pre-bid site visit, an Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) must be completed 10 days prior to the scheduled site visit. All contractors desiring to participate in the site visit must provide the following information to the Contracting Office 14 days prior to the site visit for each person to be included in the visit: Full Name of each person requesting access Company Name Position (owner, cost estimator, superintendent, etc.) Social Security Account Number (SSAN) Birth Date Drivers License Number and State (must have photo of individual and SSAN) Due to the availability of escort officials, it may not be possible to provide access to all personnel listed on each Contractor?s access request. In this case, access will be limited to one individual from each company. Additional site visits may be scheduled if required to provide adequate access for all individuals for which a site visit is essential. Once on site, individuals are subject to search and must remain with the escorting official at all times. Two forms of ID must be presented at the site. Information must match that on the EAL exactly and one must be the photo ID. Photography during the site visit is NOT authorized.
