Requisition Number FQ480130730100 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded on a cascading basis. Priorities will be as follows: Section (8A) contractors, HUBZONE, and all other small business.
