This solicitation is restricted to 8(a) firms registered in NJ, PA, DE, NY. Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials and perform all work to repair and renovate McGuire AFB PAX Terminal Bldg in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Project number is PTFL 97-2033 and is entitled Repair PAX Terminal Bldg 1706 at McGuire AFB, NJ. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The magnitude of construction for the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Using past performance trade-off procedures, award will be made to the offeror providing the overall best value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in Section M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror if that offer is judged to provide the overall best value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. An offer guarantee will be required.
