Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the United States Army Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA 01760 5011, on behalf of the Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Command, Shelters Technology Engineering and Fabrication Directorate (NSRDEC STEFD), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with Eagle Marketing Group (South), Inc., 20817 Sunshine Ln, Spring, TX 77388,to provide (1) Garland Commercial Ranges electric griddle, model 48R-0006, 208 volt, 3-phase; (1) Marlo Manufacturing Model MHC-580-CMIL Serving line, 5 well electric with (4) under-counter warming cabinets 208V, 3-phase; (1) Marlo Manufacturing ENSES-7230, mobile counter, 14-gauge stainless steel top with channel edge, stainless steel body, adjustable middle shelf and bottom; and (1) Marlo Manufacturing 72 inch long, 16-gauge stainless steel 'V' edge trayslide with fold down brackets for use with existing counters.
