--The Preparation and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) Curriculum and Training

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the HQDA, Chief of Chaplains intends to award a sole source contract under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (1) or 41 U.S.C. 253 (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to the Preparation and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) INC, 7400 E. Orchard Road Suite 2800N, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The PREP will provide the Chief of Chaplains with certification training in skills-based relationship building. This action will result in a Firm Fixed contract with a period of performance of one year. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
