--IMCEN Renewal Software Support

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the US Army HQDA IMCEN and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to OPEN TEXT CORPORATION. This requirement is to renew software support for IMCENs ECM Document Management solution. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that Thursday, 25 Sep 2008 @ 10:00am EST. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
