(SEE NOTE 22)Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to make a sole source contract award to Motorola, Inc. 100 Tournament Drive, Horsham, PA. 19044-3602 in the amount of $163,745.00. The following item will be awarded: Software Maintanence and Support Agreement for Digital Video Headend Equipment which is used for signal modulation, command and control functions, decryption/encryption, network interface and distrubution of all channels carried by PCIN at all times. The period of performance of the proposed contract is one (1) year - 30 September 2008 through 29 September 2009. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.201 (a) and (b) (ii).
