The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Department of Navy and its customers, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Realization Technologies, Inc., 2 N First St., Suite 406, San Jose, California 95113 to provide Concerto Critical Chain Multi-Project Management software, maintenance and implementation support services for the Department of Defense. This action will result in a combination Firm-Fixed-Price and Time and Materials contract with a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
