NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Office of US Army Information Technology Agency in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to PRIMAVER SYSTEMS, INC. This is a request for the renewal to the annual License and Support contract with Primavera which is necessary to fully field an already operational system. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that Monday, 07 July 2008 @ 10:00am EST. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
