The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General (DoD OIG), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) Only one re sponsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Skillsoft PLC, 107 Northeastern Blvd., Nashua, New Hampshire 03062 to provide General Contract Courseware and Learning Management Services (LMS) for the IGEL Program. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a Period of Performance of twelve (12) months beginning 03 January 2008 through 02 January 2009 with four (4) Option Periods for 12 months each. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
