The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to negotiate a sole source award for the renewal of on-line dnb.com subscription with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc, 4350 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington VA 22203. The US Army Legal Services Agency , Contract & Fiscal Law Division currently uses the on-line subscription to gather information for its procurement fraud branch mission. The on-line subscription comprises a product group that includes the following items specific to the Procurement Fraud mission: (a) Business ID- Incorporates the D-U-N-S number which is the standard business identifier for federal electronic data interchange, (b) Business Information Report (BIR)- Standard report listing a companys officers, subsidiaries, history, recent news, events and financial information, (c) Continuous monitoring- Updates thru the year on key changes and events, (d) Federal Information Report- Enhanced version of (BIR) report tailored to specific needs of the federal government customers, (e) Govern ment Activity Report Listing of Government contracts awarded to a company, (f) International (Asian/Pacific)- Same as the business information report-Asian/Pacific version, (g) Priority Investigations- Investigations completed upon requests to update exi sting reports or confirm recently learned information, (h) Service Fees Group- includes website access, unlimited user ID and passwords, customer support and unlimited training, (i) Severe Risk- monitoring service that identifies business activities that w ould prompt immediate, critical decisions. Notifications include Bankruptcy, Business Deterioration, High Risk and Information Alerts, (j) Wordbase Online Service- source of global business identification and corporate linkage information, stored in one ce ntral database. It contains identification, demographic, company history, management and linkage information on small, medium and large companies conducting both local and cross-border business.
