36 -- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The Joint Contracting Command – Iraq/Afghanistan, on behalf of the U.S. Army, Multi-National Forces - Iraq, intends to negotiate a purchase order on a sole source basis, with Pacific Consolidated Industries, 12202 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA, 92503-4820. This requirement includes the following: 1 ea 1.5 ton/day liquid oxygen generating and charging plant, one year supply of consumable spare parts, spare turboexpander, infrared spectrometer, and 3 weeks training.
