ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price order to VSE Corporation, Alexandria VA 22303, for parts kits #14153 required to upgrade the 15 CFM Compressor from a gas engine to a diesel engine. The above contractor has been identified as being the only provider of the required parts to accomplish the upgrade. Intend to award on or after 6 April 2005.
