The Defense Contracting Command Washington (DCC-W), on the behalf of the Office of the Provost Marshall General, Headquarters, Department of the Army, intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h the National Law Enforcement Telecommunication System, Phoenix, Arizona for an associate membership in a telecommunication networking system, linking local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The North American Industry Classification Code is 51 7118 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees.The proposed contract action is for services/commodities for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Sou rce. The Government will consider all capability packages received by 7 February 2005. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released o utside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government.
