Description of Work: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-06-T-0027 for 80,000 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil to be delivered by Barge to the Dredge McFarland which will be anchored at Fort Mi fflin Dock on 17 February 2006 between the hours of 7:00am & 9:00 am. RFQ No. W912BU-06-T-0027 will be available on or about 9 February 2006. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (F edTeDS) homepage  https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system.
