This requirement is for a Liquid Propane (LP) supplier to provide leased LP storage tanks and on call LP deliveries to the Umatilla Chemical Depot, Hermiston, OR., which is the delivery and acceptance FOB point. The Government anticipates award a Firm Fixed price contract.
