THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROCURE TRM RULESMANAGER SUPPORT ON A BRAND NAME BASIS AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Acquisitions, in support of NAVFAC EXWC Chief Information Office CIO, intends to procure Total Resource Management (TRM) RulesManagerâ„¢ for Maximo 5xEnterprise Annual Customer Support Program for a contract base year and one option year on a limited source (brand name only) basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The government will procure the items from TRM, the sole provider of TRM RulesManager products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5M. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. The brand name product is: TRM RulesManagerâ„¢ for Maximo 5xEnterprise (15,000 Registered Maximo users) Annual Customer Support Program. A part number is not available. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation and no award will be made on the basis of proposals or quotations received in response to this notice; however, any firm that believes they have the capabilities to provide these products may give written notice to the Contract Specialist at
