NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(a)(i)(C) - in the interest of ceonomy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an origianl Federal Supply Schedule, which was placed in accordance with the ordering procedures. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to Karcher Group, 14221A Willard Road, Suite 1500, Chantilly, VA 20151. The proposed contract action is for services. DURATION: This requirement will be for a 6 month period. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
