The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Authorized Equipment List(AEL) item number for this equipment is 04AP-06-CBRN. The equipment categoryincludes software and response systems capable of identifying, plotting,tracking, and providing geospatial/visual information within a single userinterface/portal. The target audience for this information is civilian HAZMAT(Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TICs)/Toxic Industrial Materials [TIMs]),emergency responders, and incident command personnel. All submittals should besuited to their specific needs and access. Review of this information is being performed for the DHS System Assessment andValidation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) Program, which aims to conductobjective comparative assessments and validation of commercial equipment andsystems and provide those results with the emergency responder community. A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contact'sphone number and e-mail address.4. Product name and a brief description (75 words or less) of each CBRNESoftware product or specification sheets for each application.5. Cost information such as purchase price and General Services Administration(GSA) schedule information. The submitted information will be evaluated for inclusion in SAVER projects.If a SAVER project on this type of equipment is executed, the equipmentselection will be based upon a number of factors, including responder surveysand focus group inputs.
