MCSC intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Actuate Corporation, 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, Suite 500, San Mateo, CA 94404. The Government has a need to procure Annual Renewal of Performance Views (PBViews). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 5111210, Software Publisher. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and past performance data no later than 10:00am local time on 28 July 2010.
