The US Naval War College, Newport RI intends to award a sole source contract to Transatlantic Futures, Inc DBA The Globalist for a twelve month period of licensing to allow Staff, Faculty and Students access to the content of The Globalist Executive Edition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The proposed vendor, Transatlantic Ventures DBA The Globalist is the owner of the content of The Globalist Executive Edition and as such the information contained therein is proprietary.
