This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the announcement, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources and solution. The Marine Corp Base (MCB) Property Control Division, aboard Marine Corp Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC is seeking sources to purchase and install 4 Industrial Washer - Extractors, and 8 Industrial LP gas Dryers each having a 5 year maintenance/service warranty as well as provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair as required of government owned industrial washer- extractors and industrial gas drying tumblers located aboard Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune, NC. This will be a firm fixed price requirements contract for: replace (remove old machines & install new machines) current washers/dryers, corrective maintenance/repair, quarterly preventative maintenance, and an annual preventive maintenance of Government owned industrial washers and industrial gas dryers. The replacement units shall be brand name or equal to the following units. 4 Washers- extractors Mfg. UNIMAC by Alliance Laundry Systems, LLC Model # UWN100T3VQU3001 8 LP gas dryers Mfg. UNIMAC by Alliance Laundry Systems, LLC Model # UT120LRUF6AWO2 Contracted services will require travel to the Jacksonville, NC area to Camp Devil Dog, building DD-47. The Contractor shall provide personnel, transportation, supplies, materials, equipment and all other items required to perform contracted services. Maintenance and repair service shall consist of inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating (if required) and repairing the equipment to a first-class operating condition. Maintenance shall be conducted both annually and quarterly for preventative maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all repair parts, labor, and transportation necessary to accomplish requirement of keeping machines in good operating condition. All equipment for this requirement shall be maintained at levels necessary to provide the specified functions in order to be in compliance with the manufacturer's current equipment specifications and applicable Government regulations and directives. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
