R -- Application to Transport Optimization Codes to Groundwater Pump and Treatment Systems

Notice of Intent to award Purchase Order to Barbara S. Minsker for special services of a project entitled: Application to Transport Optimization Codes to Groundwater Pump and Treatment Systems. Procurement requires the Contractor to have extensive experience in innovative, computationally effective methods for applying technology techniques such as genetic algorithms, differential dynamic programming, and numerical simulation modeling. Services require an operations research industrial engineer at the PHD level to be familiar with the history of the past development optimization of groundwater modeling of complex environmental systems. Services require the collection of data and preparation of data that are in compliance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) who supports the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP).
