Chemical Light Sticks

A Commercial Solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for "Chemical Light Sticks" currently manufactured by Cyalume Technologies (0BY83) for 26 NSNs under FSC 6260. The Contract shall have a base term of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year Options. FAR Part 13.5 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin and Customer-Direct. Deliveries to CONUS & OCONUS DLA Depot (stock) may also be required. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis (small business set-asides do not apply for this acquisition). Proposals will be evaluated using Price Only source selection procedures.
