Building Control System replacement & smart meters

Provide and install a new Building Control System (BCS) to replace the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system for elevan stand-alone units. Provide and install stand-alone improvements to the existing boiler fed domestic hot water heating system in two buildings . Provide and install necessary changes to the configurations of hot water boiler system so that during summer operations, the boilers can be configured (remotely and locally) to make only domestic hot water while flow through building heating pipes is shut off in three buildings. Provide and install smart sub meters for electric services in seven buildings to monitor consumption and peak loading. Provide and install smart sub meters for natural gas service in seven building to monitor consumption and peak loading.
