The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) solicited and negotiated a sole source fixed-price purchase order to Real Capital Analytics, 139 Firth Avenue, New York, NY 10010. The multifamily Data Subscription Transaction and Troubled Asset Databases will provide technical assistance to HUD PD&R staff. HUD must have ready access to data regarding multifamily and access to this exclusive source will provide these types of data for those in need. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a notice only, and is not a solicitation or Request for Proposals or a Request for Quotations. The base year was awarded $10,995. In addition to the base year, there are 3 options years to be exercise at the Government option until July 16, 2014 for an extended total fixed price of $51,030.
