NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The Department of Education, Office of the Secretary, intends to award a sole source purchase order to WorkDynamics Technologies Inc., 11710 PLAZA AMERICA DR STE 2000, RESTON, VA, 20190-4743 to provide an upgrade from our current client-based correspondence tracking system, the COTS product ccmMercury, to a web-based version of the product known as ccmEnterprise. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
