Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to award to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) on a Sole Source basis for Dun and Bradstreet Commercial Database Subscription for research and investigation purposes. Dun and Bradstreet Commercial Database Subscription for research and investigations. Data obtained from the software is used to verify and enhance information on alleged subjects (individuals) and criminal entities (companies and organizations). Commercial data from a variety of sources is used for research and analysis along with financial and law enforcement data in support of the needs of FinCEN domestic and international partners. Fiscal Service/FinCEN will consider affirmative responses received no later than August 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide FinCEN the same subscription services as mentioned above. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services to be provided. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
